Frequently Asked Questions
No. You do not need a referral for PT services in the State of Washington. However, I do recommend that you talk to your insurance company before hand if you are planning on submitting a claim for reimbursement. You may need a physician referral for this in some cases.
I am an out-of-network provider. However, I will provide a super bill for you if you intend to seek possible reimbursement from your insurance provider.
I will be accepting the following forms of payment: Cash, Credit, FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account).
For those booking appointments one at a time, payment is taken prior to the appointment.
For those who sign up for packages, Full payment will be taken in person, and before your first session.
Scheduling can be done by clicking any of the “REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT” buttons throughout this site. It will send you to my scheduling website, where you can see what appointments are available.
I am currently booking in 2 hours slots so that I have enough time to drive to my next client. If the time you want isn’t available (say you want 10:30am, but the slot says 11), book the closest available and contact me to see if we can work around it.

How long are my sessions good for?
When booking 10 or 15 session packages, your appointments will be good 365 days from the date you begin. After that, they will expire.
What if I don’t use all my sessions?
There is no refund for package appointments, but you will have 365 days to use them. Additionally, you can transfer to a family member.
Can I transfer a package session to a family member?
Yes. However, the initial appointment for any new client will be booked separately as a New Evaluation. Subsequent sessions can be taken from those available in your package. However, remember that those sessions still expire 365 days from when you originally started, not your family member.
